Shipping & Payment policy

We ship through registered and trusted courier partners for orders within India as well as overseas. Goods will be shipped within 4-7 days. For shipping timelines, please refer to the product descriptions page for each product.

Domestic shipping : We offer free shipping on all domestic orders above Rs 500/-. Shipping charges of Rs. 50/- are levied on orders below this value and an upcharge of Rs 50/- is levied on all COD orders.

International shipping: For international orders, free shipping is applicable for orders above value Rs. 20,000/-  A flat fee of Rs. 2500/- is charged for orders below this value. Duties & Taxes for international orders are not included in your order and are applicable over and above the shipping charges paid at checkout. Most countries charge duties on imported items which are levied at the time of port entry, and they vary based on the destination country and the products imported. Customers to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency at the time of order delivery. If a customer refuses to pay these charges and therefore delivery is not possible, no refunds will be entertained. You may refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for more details.

Shipment tracking: The details of tracking number and information of the shipping agency will be shared via email. Orders can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number on the shipping partner’s website. Please ensure the complete shipping address including zip code and a mobile number to ensure hassle free delivery. In case of failure to deliver due to incorrect details, no refunds will be entertained. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for more details.

Modes of payment: For Domestic orders, we accept all major debit & credit cards (including Mastercard, Visa & American Express), Net Banking options across major banks as well as recognized Wallet & UPI options.

For all International transactions, we accept major Credit Cards (including Mastercard, Visa & American Express) as well as payments vide PayPal and PayU (third party payment gateways).
