Exchange and returns policy
Springsoul ventures endeavours to ensure that every transaction on our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. However, we value our customers and strive to provide complete satisfaction and joy with our products. We thus allow product returns / exchanges against store credits / alternate products within 7 days of delivery. Please follow the prompts in your order history tab to initiate return / exchange.
Accessories, Jewellery and discounted products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Please ensure that the product is unused, unworn and the original tags are intact.

International Orders
International orders are not eligible for exchanges, returns or refund.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel/modify within 24 hours of placing your order by writing to us at cs@springsoul.in, provided the order hasn’t been shipped.
Once your order is found eligible for cancellation by our team we will issue a credit voucher redeemable on www.springsoul.in within 90 days.
